Cancellation Policy

Lady and Lord understand that sometimes no matter how much you might be looking forward to your hair appointment, things can change. Sickness, work, family obligations can all get in the way. If a crisis occurs, we will completely understand that you need to reschedule and will do everything to accommodate you. 

However, clients who just don't turn up, or cancel at the last-minute affect us greatly. We are a small business and have had to implement a policy to counter this.  
 
We respectfully ask that you confirm your appointment within 48 hours of your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact Lady and Lord directly, via text or phone 0274066055. 

Should you not provide us the 48 hours' notice. It may result in a charge of 50% of the booked treatment cost. We hope you understand the value of our time and the necessity to ask for notice as much as possible for cancellation.
